Plain rules. No fine print.

Two windows per day. Morning runs 8am–12pm (4 hours). Afternoon runs 1–4pm (3 hours). Four hours is the hard cap — there are no overrides.

Need a full day? Book both windows back-to-back. The nana takes a real break from 12pm to 1pm.

You pay the nana's hourly rate plus a platform fee that scales with her tier:

Book both AM + PM same day → twice the per-session fee. Full amount held on your card at booking.

• You cancel 24+ hours ahead: full labor refund. Platform fee is non-refundable.
• You cancel inside 24 hours: 50% labor refund. Platform fee is non-refundable.
• You no-show: no refund.
• Nana cancels: you get a full refund (including platform fee). She sits out 7 days.

Every nana sets up at least one indoor camera. Most also have a backyard camera for snake time. Bedrooms and bathrooms are blurred via a privacy mask.

You can stream live during the active session window (5–10 second delay). Recordings are kept for 7 days and you can download any clip.

The nana is paid via Stripe Connect within 2 business days of session end — after a quick automated check that the camera was online during the session.
